Core Mechanism Features
- The mechanism uses a brushless DC motor with a 4-stage gear system and dual crank-arm linkage balanced structure. It is clutch-free and includes a manual handwheel.
- The brushless DC motor uses pure copper wire for the rotor.
- The main shaft swing arm and driving crank arm are made of cast steel; the linkage rods are cast steel with deep groove ball bearings.
- Dual sets of balancing springs are installed on both sides of the core to ensure smooth gate operation.
- The main shaft has a diameter of ∮40mm, made from precision-machined 45# steel with a galvanized surface.
- Balance spring specs: (∮5/∮6.5/Φ7.5) × ∮40 × 420 mm. Multiple springs are selected and matched to different arm lengths and corresponding mounting holes.
