Project Classification Compliance Notice

To ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of Akuvox cloud services and to protect the interests of all partners, we hereby issue the following statement regarding the standardization of cloud project classification.

Project classifications must accurately reflect their actual usage. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. The Commercial category is strictly limited to commercial projects, schools, government institutions, and other non-residential projects.

2. The Community category applies to multi-family residential projects, such as apartment buildings and residential communities.

3. The Single-Family House category is exclusively for single-family residences, such as standalone houses and villas.

4. Misclassification that does not align with the actual project usage is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

a. Listing residential projects under the Commercial category;

b. Listing commercial projects under the Community or Single-Family House categories.

5. Akuvox conducts periodic verifications to ensure the consistency between project classification and actual usage. For any violations of these rules, we reserve the right, in accordance with the platform agreement and this statement, to take actions including, but not limited to, requiring rectification within a specified timeframe, suspending services, or permanently terminating cloud service provision. Any resulting losses will be the sole responsibility of the installer/integrator.
